Figurve is operated by OrbitCurve FZE, registered at Block B-B53-128, University City, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Figurve handles personal data and is effective from 20 July 2026. Your learning data belongs to you.
Data we process
Account identity, course sources, chats, generated tools, attempts, reviews, cohort membership and operational events.
Encryption
Learning data is encrypted in transit and at rest within Figurve-managed systems. Authorized service providers may process request data when you use their features.
How data is used
To provide grounded answers, generate learning tools, calculate your private mastery profile, administer cohorts and protect the service.
Never used for AI training
Figurve never uses your uploads, chats, voice prompts, mastery signals or generated learning work to train AI models. That content is used only to provide, personalize and secure the service.
Model, voice and search providers
When you enable an external model, voice transcription or live web search, Figurve sends only the authorized request data needed for that feature. The selected provider's API data controls and retention terms may apply.
You own and control your data
You retain ownership of your uploads and learning work, and can export or delete your account data. Shared cohort submissions may follow an instructor's stated retention policy.
